An Important Innovation in our measures to support scientific development

SOCAR Polymer has implemented another significant innovation as part of its year-round initiatives to support educational institutions. Specialists from SOCAR Polymer's in-house laboratory will now provide scientific supervision for the research projects of three fourth-year undergraduate students and three first-year graduate students at Sumgait State University.

The first meeting organized as part of this collaboration was attended by a seven-person delegation representing the university's students and faculty. The guests were introduced to the activities of the SOCAR Polymer laboratory and received detailed information about the analyses performed there, testing methods, and the international standards applied. The meeting continued with an exchange of opinions and a discussion of opportunities for further collaboration.

This initiative is particularly important in terms of enhancing students' practical knowledge and skills, establishing links between scientific research and the real-world production environment, and strengthening collaboration between industry and universities.
