Members of the Chemical Engineers Society visited the SOCAR Polymer Plant

A delegation of the Chemical Engineers Society visited the SOCAR Polymer plant at the initiative of the Business Relations and Career Center of Baku Engineering University. The visit was attended by 20 students and 2 two faculty members. During the visit, the guests toured the plant’s laboratory, main control room, packaging area, and finished product warehouse. 
SOCAR Polymer employees provided the students with a detailed explanations of the polymerization process and the various stages of production, demonstrating continuous round-clock operations and quality assurance methods. 
The visit enabled students to connect theoretical knowledge with practical application, become familiar with the industrial environment, and learn more about modern production processes in the polymer industry. SOCAR Polymer is pleased to support the development of the next generation of engineers through such initiatives and to contribute to strengthening the practical component of engineering education.
