POSITION SUMMARY

 

This position is responsible for performing a variety of day-to-day administrative Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ensuring data integrity and the processing and reporting of HR data.

 

JOB DUTIES

 

 

·       Participate in the HR Information System Roadmap Design

·       Deliver solutions for HR data integration and data analytics

·       Analysis of HR processes for the purpose of their automatization and digitalization

·       Implementation of HR automatization and digitalization projects

·       Working out HR analytics framework, plan and info-system aligned to business plan

·       Preparing regular HR analysis and reporting including HR forecasting for HR management and business

·       HR Systems enhancement and daily support to key users:

ü  Master Data Management (All HR Data maintenance i.e. Basic and additional personal data, payroll and time data)

ü  Organisational Management (Structuring and restructuring actions, Jobs and positions creation and maintenance, Job descriptions and Job profile creation and maintenance and other relevant actions)

ü   Payroll actions check

ü   Timesheet check

ü   Reporting ( All type of HCM and Payroll reports)

ü   ESS/MSS module (ESS/MSS implementation and maintenance)

ü   SF module (Development and implementation, maintenance and back up to Learning, Performance & Goal Management, Succession & Development process holders).

·       Deliver routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting and responds to basic to intermediate ad hoc data requests

·       Conduct data analysis on HR data

·       Prepare reports and statistics in support of HR operations

·       Coordinate, schedule and track progress of specialized work projects or departmental functions

·       Respond verbally or in writing to inquiries, complaints or problems providing information requiring comprehensive knowledge of university policies and procedures

·       Acts as primary focal point to technical administrative questions and ensure necessary follow up

·       Quality of data in SAP HR Module

Education & experience

 

·       Bachelor or master’s Degree in any related discipline;

·       Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience with ERP

·       Minimum 3+ years’ experience in HR areaAdvanced knowledge of Azerbaijani and English

·       Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani& English (knowledge of Russian is an asset)
