JOB SUMMARY:
This position performs expediting activities on a project, in a support office, or at a jobsite to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet project needs. Responsible for the input and assessment of project for the company SOCAR Polymer LLC.
JOB DUTIES
• Capable of communicating with vendors on performance related issues.
• Ability to read and understand purchase order requirements.
• Organize and file documents as directed, in accordance with department requirements.
• Quick familiarization with materials, plant functions, and company procedures.
• Ensures timely, accurate systems information.
• Accountable for input and retrieval of materials database.
• Ability to effect accurate systems operations and record material/reports.
• Deal with day-to-day delivery of required materials and services according to each Contract and Purchase Order
• Ensure end-user satisfaction for the delivered items, materials, and services
• Ensure timely provision/submission of the required documents for payment purposed to AP Team
• To Support teammates along with procurement cycle, provide assistance on any purchasing/ negotiating processes
• Being trustworthy and non-abuse authority or misappropriate funds, ability in timely in following up on contracts and checking on backordered items
