On 27 September, a minute of silence was observed at the SOCAR Polymer Plant in memory of our heroes who died in the 44-day Patriotic War. One of whose heroes is our workmate Azad Bekirli. The SOCAR Polymer team visited the grave of our fallen colleague and laid a wreath. According to the Decree of Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, dated 15 December 2020, Azad Bekirli was awarded the Medal “For the Fatherland” for participating in military operations to ensure the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and honorably fulfilling his military duties and the tasks assigned to the military unit. The bright memory of our martyrs who wrote our history of victory will always live in our hearts. The love they demonstrated for their Fatherland will forever remain an example for all of us.
