Within the framework of the Summer Internship Program 2024 that aims to support young talented people in their final year of bachelor's or master's degree programs at various higher education institutions in the country, 28 interns started their first internship day at SOCAR Polymer.
The program offers 8 weeks of work experience to be gained in one of 12 departments, including HR, engineering & maintenance, supply chain management and many others. During the program, interns will learn to practically apply the knowledge gained in higher education years and will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the production process at our Plant.
